What We Do
Mines and quarries are challenging workplaces, where workers are routinely exposed to a large number of hazards which create risks of death or serious injury. Modern health and safety legislation is designed to ensure that these risks are either eliminated or minimised, so far as is reasonably practicable. Our aim is to condense and simplify the relevant parts of the legislation so that it can be understood by mining personnel and to work with sites to apply it through their health and safety management systems. We recognise that mines are busy and dynamic workplaces and that mining staff have limited time available for training and systems development. Therefore, our consulting work and training is highly flexible and can be delivered on site and at times that are convenient for the business.
